Rules:

We are asking each exhibitor to donate a door prize or two which will be raffled off during the Exhibitor’s Reception. 

​Please attach your company’s contact information so your company can be recognized.

Attendees will purchase raffle tickets during the conference for a chance to win prizes. 

Exhibitors are to meet with committee member LaMar Martin at

3:00 pm before the Raffle to review the event procedures. Be sure to have a representative available.

Raffle gifts you have donated need not be brought to the meeting.  Just write out each gift and attached your business card so these can be collected at the meeting.
