Mine Safety & Health Conference!​

Below are the important details and information needed to be apart of the conference as an exhibitor. 

You can contact the Exhibitor Committee chair, LaMar Martin, for any questions or comments you have. 

Exhibitor Event Information

Booth/ Table Information

  • One 8’ table 30” wide, two chair.    

 

  • You pick your table. (Selection happens during registration. First Come, first served!!) 

 

  • Hotel provides a black table cloth. Exhibitors are welcome to replace these with their own.

 

At Event Information

  • EXHIBITORS MUST SET UP ON MONDAY!!!

 

  • For set up, Main Hall opens 6:30 am on Oct 26th. Doors close at 5:00 pm.

 

  • Tear Down no sooner than 12:00 pm Wednesday, Oct 28th.

Exhibitor Registration

  • Exhibitors get full access to the Conference and one booth space with table.

  • Includes a second exhibitor registration. 

 

  • Price: $1500.

  • Additional Exhibitors: $400.

  • Full Refund available until October 1st. 

 

  

Company Logo

  • We like to promote our Exhibitors.

 

  • Send a company logo or graphic ad to our web team once registered. We will post it on our home page and push your company on our social media sites. minesafetyandhealth@gmail.com

 

  • If your company has been to the event before, just let us know to use the logo we have on file. 

Pop up Banners / Backdrop Curtains

  • Any pop up banners or backdrop curtains are limited to 10'. 

 

  • Any larger than 10' will interfere with other booth spaces!

 

 

 

Electrical Needs

  • Electrical access is available for purchase during registration. (5 amp/110 volt) 

  • Price: $75

 

  • This includes powering LAPTOPS, PHONES, and displays. 

  

Exhibitors Reception

  • Exhibitor's Reception happens:

  • Tuesday, October 27th from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.  

 

  • ​Exhibitors are asked to supply one to two raffle prizes for the reception. 

 

  • Please plan to be in attendance for the reception to give prizes to raffle winners.

 

 ​

Shipping to GSR

  • We are checking with the GSR for their shipping information. We will post it as soon as we have it.

Video Ad

  • We want you to introduce yourselves and let attendees know more about your company's goods or services.

 

  • Should be a 15 - 30 sec ad. Can be recorded at the event or submitted before the conference.

 

  • Participation is voluntary. Just offered as a boost to your brand visibility. "Putting a face to a name" for you and your company.

 

  • The videos will run at lunch breaks.

 

Table Space Layout

The representation below is of the Main Hall and Foyer layout. Each table space has been chosen to maximize Exhibitor visibility.

Table spaces are selected during registration. It is on a first come, first severed bases.
